Cash Lass (Margi Tinelli)—Quatro Lad’s wife and niece of industrialist Leland McCauley and thus the 3rd richest female sentient in the United Planets; coprophiliac; joined the Legion but recently chose to remain with her uncle

Desai, Mojai—previous President of Earth, whose Chief of Staff was Universo in the guise of Vid Gupta; resigned after the Universo Uprising

Double Header (Frenk and Dyvud Retzun)—former Subs Auxiliary member, now Academy student; has two heads which are constantly at odds with one another; recently quit the Academy after teasing supposedly initiated by Laurel Kent

Dream Girl (Nura Nal)—former Legion leader; dreams future events, subject to interpretation; smarter than most people realize

Drokk, Temm—Magnoball champion from Braal and hero to Magnetic Kid; revealed to be a pawn of Mantis Morlo, who augmented his natural magnetic powers before they went out of control; has disappeared from public sight

Duck-Call Kid (Mallard Fillmore)—failed Legion tryout applicant

Duo Damsel (Luornu Durgo-Taine)—former co-head of Legion Academy; one of her three Carggite bodies was killed by Computo; married to Bouncing Boy; has the power to duplicate herself

Dvron, Roon—Science Police lieutenant originally from the isolated island of Marzal who lived in disguise for many years; fought in the resistance against Universo’s rule and was killed in the fighting; he was resurrected with the aid of Urk and the Lightning Beasts of Korbal; spent time undercover on Ventura in the Golden Stardust Casino in a Mona Climaxia suit; now acting as SP officer on Ghoran Prime

Dynasty (Maria Ramirez Scott)—wields power of the Green Flame as a descendant of the original Green Lantern (Alan Scott); Legionnaire and Academy student; was held captive by Vandal Savage while her clone was active; awakened by Savage and told Aether has possessed another of her clone bodies; killed Aether and became “real” again; recently was lost in the time stream

Emerald Dragons—Rimborian gang to which Ultra Boy belonged before he joined the Legion; at war with the Golden Wolves and allied with Nagini gang

Howard—last remaining vegiform on Ventura; was kidnapped and thrown into a sun by the undercover Academy students after imbuing it with Darkseid’s evil that was infecting Kid Skid; was resurrected and is now the subject of a religion as his miracles have saved Earth and brought plant life back to Ventura; Kid Skid is his Prophet

Hunter (Ian Wayne)—SP cadet and Legionnaire with various powers and abilities as a result of his descent from the Bat and Super families; searching for his father’s murderer; revealed to be from an alternated timeline, trying to pass himself off as this timeline’s Ian

Infectious Lass (Drura Sehpt); former Legion of Substitute Heroes Auxiliary member and Academy student; can transmit a variety of illnesses, though her control is lacking; recently left the Academy, supposedly because of Laurel Kent

Invisible Kid II (Jacques Foccart)—Ivory Coast native who took the original Invisible Kid’s serum at Brainiac 5’s urging to help save his sister Danielle from Computo; dating Katrina Gupta; currently missing in action, though a message from him came in, supposedly from Snell Station; recently elected Legion leader

Kardu, Vartha and Maral—Winathian/Carggite twin brothers who were members of the new Devil’s Dozen before capture

Kem, Tenzil (Matter-Eater Lad); former Legionnaire and current Senator of Bismoll; also a galaxy-famous Attorney-in-Law with a new holovid legal show; was hired by Quatro Lad’s clone to keep him from having to marry Margi Tinelli; can eat and digest any substance

Kent, Laurel—Legion Academy veteran; rumored descendant of Superman, possesses invulnerability but no other Kryptonian powers; dating Kid Skid; was critically hurt during the Universo Uprising and sent to Daxam for healing; returned, but was recently revealed to be an advance android; has now lost all memories since joining the Academy and so plans to go find herself

Kid Skid (Ollie Andre)—native of Ghoran Prime with the ability to control inertia and also heal injuries in others; Academy student and Legionnaire; recently sacrificed self to restore Earth’s biosphere before being reborn; hailed as Prophet of Howard; can change between Ghoran and human

Kohan, Leww—holovid producer who created Legion Academy Babies and its planned spin-off Whine-asty and Her Amazing Friends, as well as a documentary to honor Kid Skid for saving the biosphere of Earth; uncle of Crystal Kid

Lady Memory—priestess of the Hill People on Talok VIII; fighting against power structure of planet; is living receptacle of the history of her tribe and has power to alter or erase memories

Lamprey (Tayla Skott)—former Legion Academy student; in a polyamorous relationship with Nightwind and Crystal Kid; adapted to survive underwater and generate lightning blasts; after rejection by Legion, she quit Academy; was recently possessed by Water elemental

Lick Lad (Ling Glossa)—failed Legion tryout applicant; currently working at Porno Prince holovid studio

Lightning Lass (Ayla Ranzz)—twin sister of Lightning Lad; formerly known as Light Lass when she had gravity-altering powers; has lightning powers

Lightning Lord (Mekt Ranzz)—older brother of Lightning Lad and Lightning Lass; twinless and so went insane and became a villain; escaped Labyrinth and tried to take over Legion Academy with other villans; has “Legionnaires’ bitch” etched on his forehead thanks to Dynasty 

Li, Harmonia—formerly chronal scientist working at the Time Institute; revealed to be immortal recipient of Green Flame power; angered that Dynasty did not allow her to commit suicide; currently working with Vandal Savage on Tartarus; helping Brainiac 5 with the Wayne girls’ illness

Lutrinae, Otto—new Professor of Science at Science Police Academy Earth

Lyja—Durlan who was part of Devil’s Dozen before capture; also went by the name Ak Teon; can shapeshift

Mad Hettie—seemingly homeless woman who talked with Reflecti-Kid on Mogo

Mirror Lad (Salg Nikool)—Legion tryout candidate; has similar powers to Reflecti-Kid and a suit constructed by Snell Station; was killed shortly after passing first round of tryouts

Miss Momentum (Vela Sitie)—Legionnaire with super-speed; was teleported away by Dynasty/Aether and had not been seen since until she appeared on Quatros

Mogo—sentient planet that serves as a Green Lantern; current home of Danny the City and the Gorilla City immigrants from Earth; serves as a resting or meeting place for immortals

Mordru—powerful sorcerer who has often fought the Legion; was drained of power by Darkseid and has been in hiding recovering strength; seems to be preparing for war against Time Trapper now that Time Accords have been violated by his own acolytes who were under compulsion by Ol-Vir to bring back Darkseid; is powerless when entombed underground

Morlo, Mantis—villainous doctor who has been experimenting giving powers to, or augmenting existing natural powers of, non-Terrans, especially Ghorans; was found on Ghoran Prime in the Node, disguised as President Det Sillas and affecting the reseeding of the natives in order to build a super army; has also constructed artificial life forms known as Chemoids that adapt to powers used against them; disguised himself as App Hidd to enhance Temm Drokk’s augmented powers and as a physician on Rimbor; was a member of the Devil’s Dozen and is still working with Vandal Savage on cloning experiments

Nagini—new name for the gang formerly run by Vid Gupta and now under control of Zsa Zsa Patil; previously was local to Nuevo Mumbai but is now expanding its reach to Ventura

Night Girl (Lydda Jath)—founding member of the Legion of Substitute Heroes, who resigned to travel with her boyfriend Cosmic Boy; has super strength at night or in deep shadow; recently escaped with Cos in a functioning Time Bubble from the Time Trapper’s realm and is aware of attempt to change the timeline; now appears to be a baby

Nightwind (Berta Skye Haris)—former Legion Academy student; in a polyamorous relationship with Lamprey and Crystal Kid; faked engagement with Dynasty; can control air currents; was accepted into Legion but quit when Lamprey and Crystal Kid were rejected; recently possessed by Air elemental

Obsidian (Kyle Ramirez)—son of Callista and Hermen Ramirez; after injuries from Vandal Savage was given a metagene by Mantis Morlo, which manifested as a sporadic bad-luck power; was gifted shadow powers by Dynasty’s clone; has become more proficient with them than she ever was, using them not only to travel through the Shadow Dimension and cast shadows but also create illusions; total horn-dog who has been pursuing both Power Boy and Miss Momentum; clones are being used by Vandal Savage as servants and sources of energy; revealed to be under control of the original Obsidian from the 20th century, who has now transformed his body to look like the 20th-century version

Olafsson, Javier—cadet at Science Police Academy who has a thing with Hunter

Ol-Vir—Daxamite youth who served Darkseid and later joined the Legion of Super-Villains; tried to force Mordru’s acolytes to return Darkseid but was defeated and killed

O’Rourk, Marduk Liang Esposito—Professor and former chair of Science at Lunar University, Tranquility, and current Minister of Science for Earth

Patil, ZsaZsa—member of Nagini who has taken control of the organization; seems to be in possession of an Emerald Eye; has relationship with Katrina Gupta’s parents and was influencing Phora to become an assassin for the gang

Pere, Vargi—former timbernast of Ghoran Prime; currently a member of the Legion of Super Trees with the ability to control gravity

Phora—son of Katrina Gupta and Quatro Lad, conceived by artificial insemination so that Universo could see the effects of atmospherium on a fetus; pregnancy advanced very quickly and Katrina gave birth while on the run; aged quickly and was controlled by ZsaZsa Patil to become assassin for Nagini and tried to kill Hermen Ramirez; hanging with Catd Andre on Ghoran Prime under the care of Bhumica Ramachandra

Polar Boy (Brek Bannin)—former Legion of Substitute Heroes leader and current Legionnaire; one of the youngest and most enthusiastic Legionnaires; can project cold; recently asked Reflecti-Kid out; eagerly supporting Deputy Leader Kid Skid after his own failed campaign for Legion leadership

Porcupine Pete (Peter Dursin)—former Legion of Substitute Heroes Auxiliary member and Academy student; can shoot quills from his body with little precision; recently left the Academy, supposedly because of Laurel Kent

Porno Prince (Peter Ryder)—failed Legion tryout applicant; started porn studio specializing in Legion-themed holovids

Power Boy (Jed Rikaine)—Legion Academy veteran who formerly dated Magnetic Kid, most recently fell in love with and dated Ultra Boy while he was in disguise as Omni Lad; sex tape of him and Ultra Boy caused protests around LSH HQ; can control his own density, leading to increased strength and resilience; is currently involved with both Ultra Boy and Ultra Bot 

Power Fist—the villainous undercover identity established by Ultra Boy to aid his infiltration of the Devil’s Dozen; recently Ultra boy relapsed to this identity, was captured and imprisoned on Labyrinth before being freed by Ultra Bot and Power Boy

Quantum Cat (Dr. Katrina Gupta)—scientist who gained radiation powers after an accident with atmospherium; married to deceased Vid Gupta; mother of Phora; de-aged by ten years when pregnant; discovered that she is actually a Durlan; R.J. Brande claims she is actually his son Liggt; Academy student/instructor and Legionnaire; future self may be Time Trapper

Quatro Lad (Qar Rud)—native of Rimbor and member of the Golden Wolves gang, which used his fighting abilities and four arms in rigged fights; fled Rimbor after turning over evidence to incriminate gang; Academy student and Legionnaire; was recently asked to lead the Golden Wolves but failed to kill Katrina Gupta and so is now again their enemy; recently married Margi Tinelli; bio-father of Phora; was turned into a hulk by Nega-radiation in the Ghoran Prime Node

Ramachandra, Bhumica—Katrina’s other self, split off from her in the Ghoran Prime Node; devoted to raising Phora

Ramachandra, Rupesh and Zsuzsanna—adoptive parents of Katrina Gupta, who took her in as an infant when she was left in their care by who they thought was the King Naga but was actually a Durlan; connected with ZsaZsa Patil; was cut off by Katrina after she thought she killed them only to find they were unharmed

Rambo, Pflx—former owner of the Golden Stardust Casino on Ventura; unknown species; was thought killed by a mystery assassin but was revealed to be alive disguised at Mona Climaxia in an advanced skinsuit; claims to be a resurrected god, at odds with Howard; tried to destroy Ghoran Prime; now in custody on Labyrinth  

Ramirez, Callista—former Undersecretary for Sentient Welfare and former Junior Presidential Spokesentient to Mojai Desai; mother of Dynasty; was revealed to have Green Flame powers and acted as a Green Lantern under the tutelage of Universo; a younger version traveled to the past and learned of her future, which she had to keep from her infant daughter; recently became a new iteration of the Time Trapper

Ramirez, Hermen—former Metropolis City Council member; father of Dynasty; became involved in criminal organization on Ventura and was seen in the company of Starlight and Starbright; was convinced to turn himself in to Science Police and go undercover, after which he hasn’t been heard from

R’dr, R’d—disguise used by Roon Dvron in his undercover activities on Ventura

Reflecti-Kid (Jean Snell)—new Legionnaire and Academy student; claims to come from Snell Station, which only seems to exist as a holovid game; wears reflective mirror suit and can manipulate light to enhance vision and create illusions; seemed to be beginning a relationship with Polar Boy but is now pursuing android Laurel Kent

Relnic, Anton—Earth Ambassador for the United Planets

Ron-Karr—former Legion of Super-Villains member who agreed to go undercover on behalf of the Legion to infiltrate the Devil’s Dozen; became a student at the Academy as a reward for this; able to flatten his body to two dimensions; recently left the Academy, claiming he was threatened by Laurel Kent

Rud, Myrn—mother of Quatro Lad; was put into witness protection when Quatro Lad squealed on the Golden Wolves; was used by Golden Wolves to try to re-recruit Quatro Lad; was recently rejuvenated during pregnancy and gave birth to Troika

Rud, Ouro—father of Quatro Lad; was put into witness protection when Quatro Lad squealed on the Golden Wolves; was used by Golden Wolves to try to re-recruit Quatro Lad; new father of Troika

Rud, Troika—newborn sister of Quatro Lad; as a result of complications during birth, one of her arms had to be amputated

Savage, Vandal—immortal conqueror imprisoned in Tower of Fate in 21st century; replenishes self with organs of descendants or a magical ritual with the blood of his enemies’ descendants; tried reforming Devil’s Dozen and is now working on some elaborate cloning project on Tartarus, with dozens of clones of Kyle Ramirez and others

Shade (Richard Swift)—immortal with shadow powers; was both a villain and a hero in the 20th century; currently living on Mogo with his lover Alan Scott

Starfinger (Lars Hanscom)—villain who fought the Legion numerous times; was recently killed while in custody as a result of a large star branded onto his face

Stefanacci, Antonio—Former Curator of the Museum of Mystic Arts in Sanangelopolis, Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, Assistant Instructor at the Legion Academy, Former Wearer of the Helm of Nabu and Servant of the Lords of Order; was recently released from the Helm of Nabu and is now under the control of a Titanian telepath

Stephens, Roger—a Braalian Lieutenant in the Science Police and second in command of Science Police Academy Earth; turned out to be a traitor who was working for Universo to help free him from Labyrinth; now in custody

Strange, Eva—Robot Fighter; failed Legion tryout applicant

Sugyn—former member of the original Devil’s Dozen until Evillo trapped him in the shadow dimension; Academy students rescued him and suggested he join the Subs; can swallow and regurgitate vast quantities of liquid

Sun Emperor (Nigal Douglous)—Legion of Super-Villians member; attacked Bayouopolis power sphere and a shrine to Howard in recent months; recently possessed by Fire elemental

Takka Tak An-Per—Science Police officer on Ventura, trusted by Chief Zendak

Takol-C, Frzz—former wife of Vid Gupta and Protean rights activist, who was assassinated after appearing as a black-bordered choice on Katrina’s omnicom

Time Trapper—embodiment of entropy who lives at the end/beginning of time; villain of the Legion who recently changed the timeline for unknown reasons before it was changed back; seems to be preparing for war with the forces of magic now that Time Accords have been violated; was revealed to be an older version of Katrina Gupta but now seems to be Callista Ramirez

Ultra Boy (Jo Nah)—longtime Legion member; went undercover as Power Fist to infiltrate the Devil’s Dozen; recently married Phantom Girl but is now separated after a sex tape of him (actually his clone) and Power Boy surfaced; torn between Phantom Girl and Power Boy; ability to use near-Kryptonian-level powers but only one at a time; recently regressed to Power Fist identity again

Unigoato—Universo, but a goat, thanks to Dynasty’s magics

Universo (Vidar)—Legion villain who has attempted to take control of Earth numerous times, most recently in the guise of Presidential Chief of Staff Vid Gupta; planned to attack Oa, home of the Guardians of the Universe; believed to be a former Green Lantern; father of Rond Vidar
