I noticed that Topaz Dragons back in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons had
reverse wings but it looks like the art for them (linked below) in the Book
of Dragon...

ok i see a couple of ways to do this, either a rival setup like she-hulk and titanica or and opposite like a gadgetter, mystic, or telekinetik/telepathy
or you can do a play off of victor von doom, and do a female verion Vannesa von Poon or whatever
