Andre, Catd—younger brother of Kid Skid; was chosen as the representative of Ghoran Prime for the Junior United Planets program; was held captive by Universo and traveled with his brother for a time after his rescue before ending up with Nagini, where he was a playmate for Phora

Brande, Rene Jacques (RJ)—Legion benefactor and one of the richest sentients in the galaxy, who made his fortune creating stars; after winning the high bid to take Dynasty to prom, he hasn’t been seen

Chameleon Boy (Reep Daggle)—Durlan Legion member who is the leader of the Espionage Squad; manipulated Academy students into going undercover to infiltrate the Devil’s Dozen; can shapeshift as all his people can

Chlorophyll Kid (Ral Benem)—former founding member of the Legion of Substitute Heroes who assisted in the recapture of released animals from the Metropolis Zoo; currently leader of the Legion of Super Trees; can radically increase plant growth, often using a collection of seeds he carries with him

Circadia Senius—insectoid Chronarch of the Time Institute and mentor to Brainiac 5 (old timeline); does not exist (new timeline)

Climaxia, Mona—former secretary to casino owner Pflx Rambo (who’s still dead); new owner of the Golden Stardust Casino on Ventura

Comet Queen—Legion Academy veteran with unique social skills and speech patterns; can generate comet gasses

Cosmic Boy (Rokk Krinn)—founding Legion member who recently retired to travel with his girlfriend Night Girl; can control magnetism as all natives of his planet Braal can; recently escaped from the Time Trapper’s realm with Night Girl in a functioning Time Bubble

Crystal Kid (Bobb Kohan)— Legion Academy veteran who enjoys harassing newer students; in a polyamorous relationship with Nightwind and Lamprey; uncle is holovid producer Leww Kohan, who created the popular Legion Academy Babies program; can generate crystals to use offensively or defensively; recently invited to join the Legion

Cusimano, Gigi—Science Police officer on Earth and frequent spokesentient for the SP

Dark Circle—mysterious faction opposed to the United Planets; entirely composed of stable clones of just a few core members; seem to have a presence on Tartarus and perhaps Ghoran Prime

Darkseid—Dark Lord who almost dominated the universe before the Legion defeated him; he had drained many magical items of their power, temporarily or permanently, to rejuvenate himself after a millennium-long sleep; many of his acolytes remain dedicated to once again returning him; at least one artifact containing his evil has been found and destroyed

Desai, Mojai—previous President of Earth, whose Chief of Staff was Universo in the guise of Vid Gupta; resigned after the Universo Uprising

Double Header (Frenk and Dyvud Retzun)—former Subs Auxiliary member, now Academy student; has two heads which are constantly at odds with one another

Drokk, Temm—Magnoball champion from Braal and hero to Magnetic Kid; revealed to be a pawn of Mantis Morlo, who augmented his natural magnetic powers before they went out of control; has disappeared from public sight

Duo Damsel/Triplicate Girl (Luornu Durgo-Taine)—co-head of Legion Academy; one of her three Carggite bodies was killed by Computo (old timeline); married to Bouncing Boy; has the power to triplicate herself (new timeline)

Dvron, Roon—Science Police lieutenant originally from the isolated island of Marzal who lived in disguise for many years; fought in the resistance against Universo’s rule and was killed in the fighting; he was resurrected with the aid of Urk and the Lightning Beasts of Korbal; left for parts unknown when Dynasty did not return his romantic interest

Dynasty (Maria Ramirez Scott [shhh])—wields power of the Green Flame and shadows as a descendant of the original Green Lantern (Alan Scott); Academy student who was recently invited into the Legion; engaged to Nightwind (new timeline)

Earth Man (Kirt Niedrigh)—founding member of Earth First; was tricked into supporting Universo’s agenda to isolate Earth; has ability to absorb others’ powers and use them himself

Emerald Dragons—Rimborian gang to which Ultra Boy belonged before he joined the Legion; at war with the Golden Wolves

Erin, Shvaughn—Science Police officer who acts as liaison between the SPs and Legion

Evillo—Prince of Tartarus and former leader of the Devil’s Dozen until deposed by Vandal Savage; can teleport others to the shadow dimension

Ful’men, Tam—Sklarian raider who aided her mother Agnetha in trying to steal bootleg organs from Medicus One

Golden Wolves—Rimborian gang to which Quatro Lad belonged before he revealed they were fixing fights; have been expanding their operations beyond Rimbor to Ventura and Tau Ceti V; at war with the Emerald Dragons

Gupta, Vid—criminal gang leader based out of Nuevo Mumbai, killed to provide cover identity for Universo, who became Chief of Staff to President Mojai Desai; his wife Katrina is now nominally in charge of the gang now called Nagini

Gym’ll—attending physician for the Legion; headquartered on Medicus One satellite

Hidd, App—physician to Magnoball champion Temm Drokk, who turned out to be the villainous Mantis Morlo in disguise

Holland, Alec—avatar of the Green who convinced Kid Skid to take the essence of the Green to Ghoran Prime and deposit it within the Node

Howard—last remaining vegiform on Ventura, kidnapped and thrown into a sun by the undercover Academy students after imbuing it with Darkseid’s evil that was infecting Kid Skid; mourned by vegiforms across the UP

Hunter (identity unknown)—bounty hunter who is searching for father’s murderer; contact with Dynasty resulted in release of chronal energy; disappeared as mysteriously as he appeared

Infectious Lass (Drura Sehpt) — Legion of Substitute Heroes Auxiliary member who was inspired to join the Legion Academy; can transmit a variety of illnesses, though her control is lacking

Invisible Kid II (Jacques Foccart)—Ivory Coast native who took the original Invisible Kid’s serum at Brainiac 5’s urging to help save his sister Danielle from Computo (old timeline); dating Katrina Gupta; was mysteriously returned to new timeline and now spends much time skulking invisibly around LSH HQ; can turn invisible to most detection

Kardu, Vartha and Maral—Winathian/Carggite twin brothers who released animals from the Metropolis Zoo to distract from their break-out of a Durlan prisoner there; later discovered to be members of the new Devil’s Dozen and were captured by undercover Academy students and Ultra Boy

Kent, Laurel—Legion Academy veteran who was dating Kid Skid before being wounded in the Universo Uprising and sent to Daxam for recovery (old timeline); Legion Academy rookie who joined inspired by the sacrifice of Kid Skid (new timeline); rumored descendant of Superman, possesses invulnerability but no other Kryptonian powers

Kid Skid (Olly Andre)—native of Ghoran Prime with the ability to control inertia and also heal injuries in others; Academy student who was recently invited into the Legion; recently sacrificed self to restore Earth’s biosphere; was reborn as a sapling

Kohan, Leww—holovid producer who created Legion Academy Babies and its planned spin-off Whine-asty and Her Amazing Friends; is working on a documentary to honor Kid Skid for saving the biosphere of Earth; uncle of Crystal Kid

Lady Memory—priestess of the Hill People on Talok VIII, which is fighting against power structure of planet; is living receptacle of the history of her tribe and has power to alter or erase memories; is responsible for temporarily making Ultra Boy think he really was Powerfist and for making Quatro Lad forget where he hid his parents

Lamprey (Tayla Skott)—Legion Academy veteran who enjoys harassing newer students; in a polyamorous relationship with Nightwind and Crystal Kid; adapted to survive underwater and generate lightning blasts; recently invited to join the Legion

Lightning Lass (Ayla Ranzz)—sister of Lightning Lad; formerly known as Light Lass when she had gravity-altering powers; has lightning powers; current leader of the Legion (new timeline)

Li, Harmonia—chronal scientist working at the Time Institute (old timeline); retains memories of previous timeline and so is helping in its restoration; seems to have intense dislike for Dynasty

Lyja—Durlan who had tried to infiltrate the Science Police, then escaped from the zoo, then joined the Devil’s Dozen; impersonated Vandal Savage and was captured so he could escape

Magnetic Kid (Pol Krinn)—former Legion Academy student who graduated to the Legion to replace his older brother Rokk (Cosmic Boy); formerly dated Power Boy but ended relationship when he moved to the Legion; idolized Temm Drokk; can manipulate magnetism

McCauley, Leland IV—12th richest sentient in the United Planets; manufacturer of omnicoms and Legion security system; rival of RJ Brande and uncle of Margi Tinelli

Mentalla (Delya Castil)—Legion wannabe who infiltrated the Devil’s Dozen to prove herself; accidentally mind-swapped the Academy students before reversing it and helping to defeat the Devil’s Dozen; joined the Academy; powerful telepath

Mordru—powerful sorcerer who has often fought the Legion; was drained of power by Darkseid and has been in hiding recovering strength; seems to be preparing for war against Time Trapper now that Time Accords have been violated by his own acolytes who were under compulsion by Ol-Vir to bring back Darkseid; is powerless when entombed underground

Morlo, Mantis—villainous doctor who has been experimenting giving powers to, or augmenting existing natural powers of, non-Terrans, especially Ghorans; was found on Ghoran Prime in the Node, disguised as President Det Sillas and affecting the reseeding of the natives in order to build a super army; has also constructed artificial life forms known as Chemoids that adapt to powers used against them; disguised himself as App Hidd to enhance Temm Drokk’s augmented powers and as a physician on Rimbor

Nagini—new name for the gang formerly run by Vid Gupta and now nominally under control of Katrina Gupta; previously was local to Nuevo Mumbai but is now expanding its reach to Ventura

Night Girl (Lydda Jath)—founding member of the Legion of Substitute Heroes, who resigned to travel with her boyfriend Cosmic Boy; has super strength at night or in deep shadow; recently escaped with Cos in a functioning Time Bubble from the Time Trapper’s realm

Nightwind (Berta Skye Haris)—Legion Academy veteran who enjoys harassing newer students; in a polyamorous relationship with Lamprey and Crystal Kid; can control air currents; recently invited to join the Legion; engaged to Dynasty (new timeline)

Ol-Vir—Daxamite youth who served Darkseid and later joined the Legion of Super-Villains; tried to force Mordru’s acolytes to return Darkseid but was defeated and killed

Patil, Zsa Zsa—member of Nagini who was holding Phora and Catd in an illusory mansion; was a white-bordered choice that Katrina made; seems to be angling for control of the organization

Pere, Vargi—former timbernast of Ghoran Prime; currently a member of the Legion of Super Trees with the ability to control gravity

Phora—son of Katrina Gupta and Quatro Lad, conceived while both were under Universo’s mind control; pregnancy advanced very quickly and Katrina gave birth while on the run; given to Power Boy, who in turn gave the baby to the Ramachandras, who gave him to Nagini; accelerated growth continued so he’s a preteen now

Porcupine Pete (Peter Dursin)—Legion of Substitute Heroes Auxiliary member who was inspired to join the Legion Academy; can shoot quills from his body

Power Boy (Jed Rikaine)—Legion Academy veteran who formerly dated Magnetic Kid, most recently fell in love with and dated Ultra Boy while he was in disguise as Omni Lad; not incredibly bright but very loyal; can control his own density, leading to increased strength and resilience

Power Fist—the villainous undercover identity established by Ultra Boy to aid his infiltration of the Devil’s Dozen

Quantum Cat (Dr. Katrina Gupta)—scientist who gained radiation powers after an accident with atmospherium; married to deceased Vid Gupta; mother of Phora; de-aged by ten years when pregnant; recently discovered that she might be a Naga or a Durlan; Academy student/instructor who was recently invited into the Legion; nominal leader of Nagini gang; future self may be Time Trapper

Quatro Lad (Qar Rud)—native of Rimbor and member of the Golden Wolves gang, which used his fighting abilities and four arms in rigged fights; fled Rimbor after turning over evidence to incriminate gang; Academy student who was recently invited into the Legion; has two brains resulting in an oversized head; engaged to Margi Tinelli; father of Phora

Ramachandra, Rupesh and Zsuzsanna—adoptive parents of Katrina Gupta, who took her in as an infant when the King Naga left her in their care

Rambo, Pflx—former owner of the Golden Stardust Casino on Ventura, killed by a mystery assassin after Katrina chose his black-framed picture on her omnicom; still dead

Ramirez, Callista—former Undersecretary for Sentient Welfare and former Junior Presidential Spokesentient to Mojai Desai; was imprisoned during the Universo Uprising; lost her political post when President Desai resigned; mother of Dynasty (shhhhh)

Ramirez, Kyle—son of Callista and Hermen Ramirez; recently joined the Science Police Academy on Mars; clones of him are being grown by Vandal Savage to feed him; brother of Dynasty (shhhhh)

Ramirez, Hermen—Metropolis City Council member; after driving family deeper into debt has been trying to rewin fortune by gambling on Ventura; father of Dynasty (shhhhh)

Relnic, Anton—Earth Ambassador for the United Planets

Ron-Karr—former Legion of Super-Villains member who agreed to go undercover on behalf of the Legion to infiltrate the Devil’s Dozen; upon discovery he was beaten nearly to death; promised admission to the Legion Academy upon recovery; able to flatten his body to two dimensions

Rosas, Lyna—President of Earth following the resignation of Mojai Desai (new timeline)

Rud, Myrn—mother of Quatro Lad; was put into witness protection when Quatro Lad squealed on the Golden Wolves; was held hostage by Universo; present location unknown despite antics of her husband

Rud, Ouro—father of Quatro Lad; was put into witness protection when Quatro Lad squealed on the Golden Wolves; was held hostage by Universo; is now on a drunken spree that has taken him from Zuun to Ventura

Shadow Kid (Grev Mallor)—former Legion Academy student and cousin to Shadow Lass; current champion of home planet Talok VIII; can generate darkness

Shadow Lord—ruler of the shadow dimension through which Dynasty travels; seems to be controlling Talok VIII currently

Some, Tori—Ghoran who gained power of teleportation using her leaves; working with Mantis Morlo and Vandal Savage

Spider-Girl (Sussa Pak)—former member of the Legion of Super-Villains; worked with the Devil’s Dozen; can animate her hair

Starfinger (Lars Hanscom)—villain who fought the Legion numerous times; was recently killed while in custody as a result of a large star branded onto his face

Stefanacci, Antonio—Former Curator of the Museum of Mystic Arts in Sanangelopolis, Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, Assistant Instructor at the Legion Academy, Wearer of the Helm of Nabu, and Servant of the Lords of Order

Sugyn—former member of the original Devil’s Dozen until Evillo trapped him in the shadow dimension; Academy students rescued him and suggested he join the Subs; can swallow and regurgitate vast quantities of liquid

Takka Tak An-Per—Science Police officer on Ventura, trusted by Chief Zendak

Takol-C, Frzz—former wife of Vid Gupta and Protean rights activist, who was assassinated after appearing as a black-bordered choice on Katrina’s omnicom

Tellus—former Legion Academy student who joined the Legion as a telepath to replace Saturn Girl (old timeline); resigned from Legion Academy because of inability to function outside of a methane atmosphere (new timeline)

Time Trapper—embodiment of entropy who lives at the end of time; villain of the Legion who has recently changed timeline for unknown reasons; seems to be preparing for war with the forces of magic now that Time Accords have been violated; recently revealed to be an older version of Katrina Gupta

Tinelli, Margi—Quatro Lad’s prom date and now fiancée; niece of industrialist Leland McCauley IV and thus the 3rd richest female sentient in the United Planets; coprophiliac

Ultra Boy (Jo Nah)—longtime Legion member; went undercover as Power Fist to infiltrate the Devil’s Dozen;  to earn their trust he then infiltrated the Legion Academy as Finger Lad (later renamed Omni Lad); affected by Lady Memory of Talok VIII to believe he actually was Power Fist/Omni Lad and began relationship with Power Boy; actually dating Phantom Girl (old timeline); actually dating Shadow Lass (new timeline); ability to use near-Kryptonian-level powers but only one at a time

Universo (Vidar)—Legion villain who has attempted to take control of Earth numerous times, most recently in the guise of Presidential Chief of Staff Vid Gupta; planned to attack Oa, home of the Guardians of the Universe; believed to be a former Green Lantern; father of Rond Vidar (old timeline); has claimed to be the real father of Dynasty

Urk—Erqali prince from Cargg’s second moon, Draskk and former hidden student at Legion Academy; after time-travel hijinks resulted in three versions of him, he/they sacrificed his life to resurrect Roon Dvron; enjoyed eating electrical wiring

Ventura Sisters (Etta and Donna)—bounty hunters and jills-of-all-trades, who at one point tried to capture Quatro Lad on Ventura

Vidar, Rond—son of Universo, inventor of the Time Cube, and honorary Legionnaire (old timeline); does not exist (new timeline)

White Witch (Mysa Nal)—Legion member with magical powers; went insane at death of sister Dream Girl; wants to destroy Katrina and recruit Dynasty to the side of magic

Wildfire (Drake Burroughs)—Academy liaison for the Legion; mentor of Lamprey, Nightwind, and Crystal Kid who has advocated for their membership; anti-energy being with no corporeal form, relying on containment suit to give him form and channel his power; current deputy leader of the Legion (new timeline)

W’nkl, B’ll—nurse on Medicus One satellite

Wynters, Kel— Senior Research Scientist at the University of Yangzteopolis; had an affair with Katrina Gupta and tried unsuccessfully to renew their relationship; elected President of Earth following the resignation of Mojai Desai (old timeline)

Zendak, Kimball—Chief of the Science Police; has often acted as an ally to Academy students

Zymyr—Gil’Dishpan villain working with Vandal Savage and the Devil’s Dozen; escaped with Vandal Savage and his cloning apparatus; can teleport himself and others great distances, even across dimensions
