Opinions on the Topaz Dragon Reverse Wings?

I noticed that Topaz Dragons back in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons had
reverse wings but it looks like the art for them (linked below) in the Book
of Dragon...

Those things can be a menace! I had a couple near disasters trimming those counters myself!
